After a long hard week of work, parenting, exercise classes, and a 3.2 lb loss this week, I decided to have grown-up snack time after everyone was in bed. This is my "treat" to myself and I enjoyed every minute of it.
I had a 4 oz glass of red wine, mixed fruit and Australian cheddar cheese for my evening alone time. My snack came from Whole Foods (my first trip ever - not one very close to me) and it was fresh and delicious!
I am ready for another week full of excitement! Take care of yourself too!
